Friday's lunch was Chinese style: mapo doufu, salad, and rice. The tofu had, besides ground pork and the usual spices (a little toned down for kids, but the same core flavor nonetheless), onion, scallions, shiitake mushroom, carrot, and nira. The salad was radish, bean sprouts, seaweed, and carrot, just seasoned in the kitchen. If there's one thing that I didn't like about the meal is that there wasn't nearly enough mapo doufu - I couldn't get seconds! Hah.
