Today was the last lunch of February - we had some hijiki seaweed salad, which isn't particularly common, I don't think. I don't remember having a salad like this before, anyway. It was pretty plain - just some konjac and carrot mixed in. On the side, we had some omelet, which is always a winner, and miso soup with sweet potato. I love me some sweet potato, so this was a winning lunch. Besides that, the soup had bits of pork, tofu, onion, carrot, and radish.
Solid end to the week.
On Tuesday, I don't think I'll be able to post the regular lunch because I'm doing the viking lunch. If possible, I'll post pictures of that! We'll see how that day goes, hehe.
