We kicked off February with some fried chicken doused in lemon sauce, a green salad, cocoa bread, and this awesome creamy stew with winter/root veggies. The stew was made with soy milk instead of regular milk, which I was really happy about - that was some great flavor.
The salad was some cabbage and edamame with broccoli and French dressing. Pretty simple as far as these things go, but tasty nonetheless. As for the stew, it had bits of bacon, carrot, onion, lotus root, potato, spinach, and turnip. So, so tasty.
