We had a solid end-of-week lunch with some Chinese-style food today. One of those tofu and veggie bowls accompanied by a "spring rain" salad, and rice. The bowl had some Chinese cabbage, tofu, bamboo, carrot, onion, and bits of pork. As for the salad, it was cellophane noodles (or glass noodles) with ham, spinach, bean sprouts, and carrot. One of my favorites.
