Today's tray was packed. We had some tuna salad, meatball and veggie soup, bread, chocolate sauce (for the bread), and yogurt for dessert. Well, and the milk, for those who drink it (not me).
The salad was pretty straight forward: cabbage, spinach, tuna, and an herb-flavored Japanese dressing. The soup was also pretty simple: carrots, onions, potatoes, meatballs
(pork and chicken mix), and parsley. The bread was plain white bread, and the sauce was spiked with a bit of extra iron. The yogurt was also just plain.
Simple, but sometimes, that's all ya really need.
