Oops, off to a bad start getting my Friday lunch post late, eh? No worries, it's not that I forgot to take a picture, I was just busy. Still getting into the routine, ya see.
Friday's lunch was some fried smelt with salad, eggplant marble, and rice. I skipped the fried smelt and opted for extra salad, which was rather good: cellophane noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts, spinach, and shredded carrot in plain from-scratch dressing. As for the marble, besides the eggplant it had miso, ground pork meat, onion, carrot, spinach, bamboo, and a touch of garlic.
Overall, great end to the week.
