Today's lunch was simple, but satisfying: tuna soboro-gohan. Soboro is just a way of cooking, and it's usually ground chicken with scrambled eggs, etc. but we had some juicy tuna with some shredded radish instead. The rice, as usual, is in that red bentou box.
On the side, we had some miso soup with veggies and tofu in it: potato, seaweed, spring onion, konjac, carrot, and spinach. I could have done with a second round of soup, actually, but there was just enough for everyone today. Drat.
