Elementary School Lunch: 06/12 - chocolate mouth

Food, JapanKristina PinoComment

I'm kind of sad I didn't get to have lunch with my students today, because it's always fun on cocoa age-pan (deep-fried bread) day. It always ends with chocolate everywhere, all around their mouths and all over their hands. But! No such luck.

Besides the doughnut-like treat, we had some "tuna salad," which is to say regular cabbage, cucumber, and corn with chunks of tuna added and Italian dressing on top. Then there was soup: meatballs, parsley, onions, potato, star-shaped macaroni, and carrot in some thin (but tasty) broth.

Overall a great meal, as usual, and one I thoroughly enjoyed. See ya tomorrow~
