Today was one of those days I wish there had been loads of left overs for me to bring home. Between the penne pasta cooked simply with some ground meat, parsley, and onion, the cheese omelet, the minestrone soup, and the dark bread? Good altogether, but each element great on its own. In the end, all I got to bring home was half of my bread because I opted for some extra pasta instead.
The soup's contents were: carrot, onion, spinach, cabbage, bits of bacon, celery, and beans, with a tomato base.
