Another plain, but satisfying lunch this Friday. We had some Mackerel, salad, miso soup, and rice.
The salad was slathered in sesame seed seasoning, and we had some extra in the staff room, so I basically had a small mountain of it. It had carrot, spinach, and bean sprouts.
The soup was miso with the usual veggies and such: potato, radish, onion, tofu, mushroom, carrot, and more bean sprouts. No meat besides the fish (simply salted, then cooked) today, which is pretty rare.
