There wasn't anything terribly exciting about lunch today. Some fried fish, kinpira, egg soup, and rice comprised our meal.
The fish was sardine, which I skipped because of the deep fried factor. The kinpira had burdock, carrots, chunks of grilled sweet potato, and konjac with some sesame seeds (seasoned in-kitchen). The soup had egg, of course, as well as green onion, carrot, regular onion, mushroom, and tofu.
Nothing else to report here, really. A good lunch, just not as savory as others.
