To end May's lunches, we had a steaming bowl of meat and potatoes, salad, omelet, and rice.
The bowl also had konjac, edamame, onion, carrot, bean sprouts, and bamboo. The salad was a little different today with the addition of seaweed to the usual cabbage, spinach, carrot, bean sprouts, and some cucumber, and it was seasoned simply in the kitchen then topped with sesame seeds. The omelet was plain, but tasty, since it was rolled up Japanese style.
Great end to the month, and it even ended up coming on a Friday, so Monday we'll start June totally fresh.
