Beef bowl! Awesome lunch day to make up for Tuesdays being kind of lame in general.
Our beef bowl had beef, of course, with onions, mushrooms, carrots, and glass noodles. On the side, things were simple: salad, rice, and an orange for dessert. The salad was just plain boiled cabbage, carrot, and spinach seasoned in the kitchen.
Solid, tasty meal. And filling. I'd hoped to get seconds, but it turns out that wasn't necessary.
