Today's main dish was a little hamburg steak, which shared a plate with salad and was accompanied by soup and rice.
The burger itself was topped with something made from radish, and it was tasty as usual. As for the salad, it had two kinds of seaweed, cucumber, cabbage, and carrot, and we used a dressing that had shiso (perilla) as the main ingredient. The soup was miso with bits of tofu (cubed as well as fried), onion, potato, mushroom, and carrot.
A solid meal overall, as usual, and tasty to boot.
