So how about...I misread the menu and thought we were having fried cheese as one of our mains for lunch today, and as it turns out it was salmon with fried cheese as part of the crust? Still delicious, just not what I expected. Haha.
Alright, I mentioned the salmon. Besides that, we had some salad in full-on sesame style, and a miso soup with loads of stuff in it. The salad was crunchy, with spinach, bean sprouts, and carrots. The soup had konjac, tofu, carrot, mushroom, onion, radish, potato, and a kind of seaweed. Like, the name of the soup pretty much translates to "many things in it," and they made good on the name.
Great end to the week, even if it was a little different from what I anticipated.
