I was pretty happy at lunchtime today, since a couple of people were out, meaning the rest of us can get a little extra on our trays. I got double salad and a little extra veggie bowl, which means today was an awesome Friday.
The main item on our plate was some salmon, which was served with one of our regular salads (as usual these days, it was tossed with some sesame seeds and seasoned from scratch in the kitchen) of cabbage, spinach, and carrot. The rice was in its usual red bentou box, and the bowl of boiled stuff had pork, konjac, radish, onion, edamame, and carrots. The best.
