Pork beans day!
Today's soup was tomato-based, and had loads of pork and beans with potato, carrot, and onion for good measure. There were two kinds of beans: edamame and a white bean I couldn't identify. The rest of our veggies were in our salad, which had spinach, cabbage, cucumber, and kaisou (seaweed and such). We had it dressed in Japanese-style veggie dressing, and it was all held together by some rice bread and strawberry jam.
Overall awesome, and I wish I had a second stomach for a second bowl of pork beans, but alas.
