Today, lunch was rather plain. We just had a potato and seaweed bowl, rice, and salad.
The bowl had some other things in it, of course. Bits of meat, carrot, edamame, and onion accompanied the chunks of potato and bunches of hijiki seaweed. The salad was seasoned in-house with some sesame seeds added: cucumber, ham, spinach, and the noodle bits, which are actually processed fish cut into those strips.
As usual, lovely meal, though not one of my favorites or really a stand-out. Tomorrow will be more interesting.
