Elementary School Lunch: 04/10 - pirate spaghetti

Food, JapanKristina PinoComment

Today's main dish is called "pirate spaghetti," which I'd never heard of before. It's basically your regular spaghetti, but with shrimp and clam meat mixed in with the other bits. The kind of spaghetti we tend to get at my school isn't all gooped up with sauce - actually, it's pretty dry (so it's not too messy), and there were carrots, onions, mushrooms, and bits of ham mixed in there as well.

The pasta was accompanied by some Caesar salad (with bonus cucumber, corn, and broccoli) and we got pudding for dessert. Perfect.
