It's a new week, and it started with a bang: today we got age-pan! Today's fried bread flavor was soy bean powder and sesame. As usual, I left it for last to have as dessert, even though we had a cup of mixed fruit jelly to serve that purpose.
The main items today were a seafood stew and a seaweed salad, dressed in an oil-free veggie dressing. The stew itself had the usual load of veggies (potato, edamame, onion, carrot, and mushroom), which coordinated with shrimp, squid, clam meat, and parsley. It all went rather well together, and this crowded tray, of course, made for a filling meal.
