Another plain, but delicious lunch today. The main item was fried chicken, which had some green salad (lettuce, spinach, cucumber) on the side in Italian basil dressing. The side item was raisin bread, and our dessert was fruits with yogurt and cottage cheese. I think this is the first time I've ever had cottage cheese, but it tasted great mixed with the other things. I even asked our nutritionist for a recipe so I can make it at home.
Overall tasty, and though I thought I'd not be full after eating, the fruits ended up being more filling than they looked.
