I heard from my vice principal that starting tomorrow, there won't be any more entire home rooms missing school. Of course, a bunch of students are going to be absent, but not entire classrooms at a time. So that's nice. I'm sure the home room teachers are happy about getting back on track.
Today's main dish was some pacific saury, a type of fish. There wasn't anything special about it, just grilled. It was on the salad plate, and had some miso soup and rice on the side. The salad had carrots, bean sprouts, spinach, and hijiki seaweed seasoned with loads of sesame, which is always a plus for me. On the side, the miso soup was plain but with tofu, onion, potato, radish, and mushrooms.
Nothing spectacular, but then again, plain works when it's tasty.
