Curry day! Everyone's always happy on curry day, and there's always plenty of extra for folks to get seconds. And thirds. And fourths.
We enjoyed pork curry, which had edamame, potato, carrots, and bits of meat mixed in as our main dish. It was accompanied by rice, salad, and a packet of pickled veggies. The pickled veggies were a first for our lunch, and were a welcome addition. The salad was the usual greens (cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, and spinach) with some added crunchy, fibrous seaweed. It was boiled and seasoned in the kitchen - nice and simple.
