Today's lunch was a good end to the week. We had some radish soboro, which is always a welcome meal item. The soboro had ground meat, radish, tofu, carrot, onion, konjac, and edamame. It accompanied by rice and a plate with fish and salad on it. The fish was a kind of snapper, and it was seasoned/marinated in miso. It's difficult to see in this picture because of the salad, which I kind of piled on today. That isn't even the plate's final form - I had a mountain of greens on mine by the time I was ready to eat because a few teachers were out, so we had extra.
As I said at the top - good end to the week. Next week starts with a bang, too. My mouth is already watering!
