Elementary School Lunch: 01/16 - dunkin' shrimp

Today was udon day! Specifically, kenchin udon, which included such things as konjac, meat, radish, carrot, onion, tofu, and mushroom in the broth. The noodles came on the side, as usual, and we also enjoyed some salad which was just seasoned in the kitchen then sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Of course, there's the matter of the huge deep-fried shrimp on the salad plate. I skipped on it, since it's deep fried, so one of my co-workers had an extra treat. And I also couldn't help but notice that dunking it in the soup was a thing today.

Finally, we had some pudding for dessert. I always love pudding day.
