Today's lunch was all seasonal. Well, except the rice and salad.
The main dish was some seasonal fish, a sort of pike or mackerel, pan-fried with some sweet toppings and accompanied with soup and salad. Our soup was mainly sweet potato, though it had miso, carrot, onion, radish, tofu, and other goodies we usually get in our bowls. I actually had a double helping of salad today, which was just seasoned in-house with some sesame seeds sprinkled on top. Yum.
