Hey, it's Monday! This week is going to have a gap in lunch posts, as Wednesday is a holiday for the kids, meaning there won't be any school. But it's OK, because I have a few reviews and fun things going up this week to make up for it all.
Today's main dish was some penne pasta with tomato and meat sauce, accompanied by cheesy omelet and some veggie soup. Our "carb" on the side was some plain milk bread.
The veggie soup had a thin, watery broth - nice and plain. It had some bits of cabbage, onion, cabbage, radish, and sausage in it. Went great with the pasta.
