Today's main dish was kimchi! It wasn't too spicy because of the kiddos, but it has a natural kick to it that tasted great on this cold day. The weather is finally taking a real turn, and I'm already slowly taking my warmer clothes out of storage.
The kimchi had veggies and pork mixed in with it, and we had some salad and rice on the side. The salad was nice and crunchy, and dressed in non-oil veggie dressing, but it didn't really go well with the kimchi! I'm not sure what it was, but I couldn't really alternate the plates today. So I ate the salad first, then the main dish. Our dessert was a bit of apple, which is another element of the Wednesday meal we missed because of the typhoon.
Again, no calorie count on the adjusted meal. Sorry!
