Now that autumn is pretty much official, we came back to school with the first Japanese-style curry of the season as well as semester. It's pork curry with the usual vegetables mixed in - some onion, carrot, potato, edamame, and actual bits of pork mixed in with the sauce. We had some salad on the side consisting of dark greens in a veggie dressing, and our usual 200g of rice in the red box.
Unfortunately, there weren't any leftovers for me to have seconds of the curry today. I just love that it's so full of the good stuff - just look at how pretty and colorful it is. Ah, well.
