Today's lunch was pretty fun, featuring some ramen, salad, and dumplings.
The shumai had shrimp inside, and are steamed. The salad was mostly wakame and cucumber, with plain Japanese dressing, which was pretty tasty all things considered (I'm not the biggest fan of seaweed in general, but this was alright!). The tonkotsu ramen itself was served much in the same way as the udon last week. The cooked noodles were in portioned bags on the side, and the bowl just had the broth, with onion, carrot, pork, and other things mixed in. Altogether a fun and tasty meal!
